Houston, we have a problem!

For me, this is one of the worst things that could happen in my already godforsaken life. My phone broke down on me last night. darnit. I didn't know what happened because I didn't do anything at all. Waaaahhh. ayaw na nyang mag-open. Pag binubuksan, yung battery capacity lang ang lumalabas kahit na pinagdadasal ko nang marinig ang nokia theme, wala talaga. Napakalungkot. Napakatahimik. Don't know what to do. Minamalas naman ata ako ngayong linggo.. Mayday, mayday.

ayoko munang makakita at makarinig ng videoke at usapang libre pagdating sa alak at kantahan. it made my life miserable last night. i could have done a lot more important things than by just sitting around there and staring into space. How insensitive people can get nowadays? Gawd.I really hate it.

Agent Orange Ruined the Last Fair Night

Clearly, as if it was only yesterday that I first watched Slapshock performed live in UP, parang naririnig ko pa din ang boses ni Jamir. Tama ako, Agent Orange nga ang kauna-unahan nilang tinugtog sa peyups. Malamang present ako nun kasi alam ko. Although we were having so much fun (at least before everything turned sour), malupit na talaga din ang crowd sa gitna. As always, lahat na ata ng "rakista ng *%&#" at "rakista ng -------" ay lumabas na. Ewan ko ba. Hindi naman nila alam kung ano talagang ibig sabihin ng mga pinaggaga-ganun nila. Hmmp.But all of us were in high spirits until nagkawalaan na nga ng cellphones. Una yung katabi ko, nagtataka pa ko kasi tingin ng tingin sa ilalim nya, parang may hinahanap nga.sumunod iniilawan na ng magkakaibigan ang kadamuhan habang nag-iislamman sa kapaligiran. I know. It was a lost cause from the start. Pero hindi namin akalain na pati si Dean ay magiging biktima ng karahasang iyon (yeah!).Medyo nakakakonsensya talaga kasi ako ang nagpapunta sa kanya dun in the first place. He could've stayed in his house while watching All Star Games but noooo, he has to go to UP, pumila ng almost 2 hours just to get inside para ano? makuhanan ng phone na hindi rin naman kanya in the first place.huhu.ang lungkot lang talaga. parang kaming lahat ay nawalan ng gana. ang hirap magsaya habang isa sa mga kasama mo ay namumrublema. Ika nga ni Dean, "nakakawala ng sense of humor" talaga.
Buti na lang kahit papano ay nakikigulo na rin sya sa photo ops. dun na nga lang kami bumawi lahat. sa pageemote ng kung anu-ano.

Hay. Andami kong "sana" pero tapos na. Hindi na maibabalik. Sorry talaga Dean. :(

3rd Fair NIght

How's that to go home at 6 in the morning? A natural high. Tinapos kasi naman ang fair. It was quite a happy night dahil maraming nangyari in the span of 10 hours. Got to meet Ping again and other Pingsters too, buy the vcd of APMO (even if it's against my pocket) and have it signed by none other the great Kuya Bogs (okay, bawi na rin!). It was really awesome. Meeting him will always probably feel like a first time because up until now, as The Brew says "ako'y pasmado". Forever kabado. Parang crush ko lang yung nakita ko.wahaha!

The second great thing about my 3rd UP Fair Night is the climb. Woohoo! Finally ay nagawa ko na rin ang matagal ko nang pinapangarap gawin pa since 1st year college. pasensya na, walang buhay nung bata pa. It was really a nice feeling to be climbing up there, inching your body to go up as you feel the rope guiding you while deliberately thinking what to do next, where to step next. Salamat sa mga kasama kong umakyat: Eman, Juraine and Butch. At sa nag-guide sakin: si Tope ng UPM (haha, you still rembered me after all this time!) at yung girl whose name I forgot..galing nyang mag-pep talk in fairness.

After the hullabaloos in the said climb, we went back to our booth only to be left alone because all of them ran towards Parokya ni Kazee's performance. Buti na lang napanood ko na sila nung Monday Night Fair kaya okay lang, nag-sudoku na lang ako mag-isa. It was still the same songs and acrobats and gimmicks on stage. But they did make a lot of people happy kahit super bangag na sila!

But one of the highlights of the night for me was seeing Silent Sanctuary performed on stage. Typecast din sana inaabangan ko kaso nasa labas kami nun naghihintay sa Vinzon's. Oh well. Magaling! Kakaiba talaga. at nung kinanta ng Rocksteddy ang Superhero. Haha! Sorry na but it's something of a personal joy shared with two other friends kaya medyo mahal ko ang kantang yun. Fly High Budong, Blentungan na!!!!

Lastly..to see the night sky turned into new colors. Life.

second time around

We'll be seeing each other again! But this time, mas marami na kami. Looking forward to our chickahan, pichur takings and cd/dvd signing later.
