While Banaue rice terraces is the more popular of the rice terraces cluster we have in the north, Batad rice terraces has a special place in my heart. IMHO, the amphitheatre-like rice terraces in Batad is more beautiful. Hapao rice terraces in Hungduan is also a must-visit.
