...The Hardest Word

a·pol·o·gy [uh-pol-uh-jee] –noun, plural -gies.
  1.  a written or spoken expression of one's regret, remorse, or sorrow for having insulted, failed, injured, or wronged another: He demanded an apology from me for calling him a crook.
Acknowledging that you hurt somebody implies that you want to make amends, that you want that person's forgiveness. However, if you are the the type of person who has difficulties with saying "I'm sorry", remember these:
  1. apologising helps repair a relationship
  2. put yourself in that person's shoes, how would you feel about it if you are in their position?
  3. It doesn't make you less of a person.
